Where do you want to end up? Do you want to be a successful person. If you want to be a succesful adult, how will you get there. I think that the best way to answer this question is by a quote...
"Decision determines your direction. Persistence determines your destination."
If you want to be succesful, first you need to make a decision to be. Once you make your decision, you are headed in the right direction. But can you stop there? No. If you are going the wrong way on a street and you turn around but just stop there, you are headed in the right direction but you're not going anywhere. After you make the decision, you have to have persistence in what you are doing. If you have persistence, then you will be successful.
Decision--> Direction--> Persistance--> Destination
