Which one are you? Neither one of them are bad. In fact, good players should have a little bit of both in them. If a team is full of only leaders, there is noone to follow.

The same goes for a team who doesn't have any leaders. A team needs to have a balanced leader to follower ratio.
Leading isn't just ordering people around either. To be a leader you need to be open to your teammates opinions and do what is best for the team. Good leaders might even let someone else take over for a time just for the good of the team.
Following isn't just listening to orders. To be a good follower you need to be a part of your team and know when you need to step up or take a back seat.
